We are the Soda Jerks from South East London.

We create disruptive technologies to ensure that the drinking experience is pleasurable for everyone involved; the drinkers, the bar staff, and the landlords.

Our first product, One Bar, is a first of it's kind technology, which allows you to dispense any spirit / mixer combination from the same soda gun, at the push of a single button. If you are a bar owner, we can tailor One Bar to fit directly into the solution you use now. We have also developed a fully mobile and modular solution, allowing you to take One Bar with you to any event of any size.

One bar eliminates most of the inefficiency in the drinks making process. It increases bartender speed, ensures perfectly portioned drinks, prevents product loss, and saves everyone time.
